The best Cabernet Sauvignon grapes produced by the vneyard are selected for the production of Priore.
The vinification id one with a lengthy maceration to permit extraction of the best polyphenolic substances, and the wine4 is successively refined in smal oak containers from the Massif Central in France.
The wine is carefully and continuously tasted until it reaches the desired harmony.
Only then is it bottled, where it coninues refining in our cellars.
Priore is periodically tasted and sent to market only when it has reached the desired maturity.
The bouquet of this deep ruby red wine has intense hints of vanilla, candied fruit, various and differently evolved spices.
The dominating characteristic of the tastes is the full harmony of the taste notes.
Serve at 18° C.
