This is a true Spumante produced using the traditional method.
The basic wine is made from Chardonnay, Pinot nero and Pinot bianco grapes cultivated on high hills.
After careful fermentation for 36 months with yeasts, it is left to mature in the bottle for 6 months.
The aroma is typical of the origine vines, with a pleasing and characteristic vanilla basic flavour.
A well structured taste with soft notes making this na interesting wine throughout the meal.
Serve at 6°-8° C.
