This wine is obtained with a cold blending of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, which is then refined in large Allier oak casks for at least 12 months.
The colour is ruby red and the bouquet is intense, with vegetal and sweet fruit scents, reminiscent of the marasca cherry, over a vanilla base.
The taste is dry, savoury and soft.
Combine with red meats in general seasoned cheeses.
Serve at 16°-18° C.
